Background :
1. The field of education today needs the inclusion of the English language in order to facilitate the Information Technology for today’s global society.
2. The Government has decreed in statute 14: Teachers need to be qualified, have competence and posses a proper certification.
3. Professional teachers are needed to enhance the next generation.
4. The field of education insists upon a global education standard which has dynamic answers and instructions.
5. The majority of schools should educate local teachers to be English Facilitators.
6. This is an opportunity for bilingual teachers and their home institution to pave the way for becoming bilingual schools.
Definition :
1. Facilitator : Faculty and staff who are capable of facilitating students using English language as a second language. We want to achieve an “Applied English Community” and “ Teaching- Learning Activities”.
2. Motivator : Faculty staff who can aptly motivate students using direct role-play in the “Art of English” so students will see the importance of t English in an academic light.
3. Maximized Teacherhood : Here, we will find educators and administrators who have the willingness and potential to understand what globalization is? and use their profession to include this in their lesson plans.
Goals :
To install the English language as a routine second language in schools for this to succeed, teachers must
1. Become an English facilitator (by selection)
2. Oral participation in a daily learning process
3. Activate group discussions in order to teach the students the “Art of English”
4. Use presentations to improve oral skill, for both teacher and students
5. Contact foreign brother or sister schools via internet to increase the use of English language between teachers and students worldwide.
6. Collaborate with international school teachers to gain additional educational topics.
7. Access and membership provided to international test.
Process :
1. Pretest (instant structure)
2. Courses for faculty, staff, and administration (minimum 32 hours)
3. Tests (selection for English facilitators)
4. Course aspirant-facilitator (minimum 32 hours)
5. Installment facilitator
6. Programs focusing on updated curriculum and syllabus.
7. Compile and present information to students and parents
8. Seminar for upkeep and maintenance.
9. Program Launch at the beginning of a school year.

Speaker Profile :
Ramot Mangatur Simanjuntak has 11 years of English teaching experience, using the motto: English is everyone’s second language. Ramot is a graduate of UNIKA St. Thomas University (Medan 1998). He joined and organized several seminars, workshops and English courses in Jadebotabek, Medan, Surabaya, Semarang, Lampung, Probolinggo, Pekan Baru, Banyuwangi and Batam. Assist, motivate and explain why the internet is so important and useful for English and non-English teachers. During the past he ha combined and developed training schedules and courses to become a facilitator, bilingual teacher, bilingual school and bilingual trainer. Until today being a teacher trainer and the Founder of RayProFoundation ; a bilingual consulting firm (training and coaching) for language hardware and software.
